This winter, ground yourself in the truth of gravity. Notice where you are in space. Find the edges of your physical and emotional container and stretch yourself a millimeter beyond your limit. Let go of who you think you are and dissolve into structure. Your body is where structure and energy meet.
This eight-session class will incorporate elements of mat Pilates, Yoga, and meditation, and will go deeper than any fitness class you’ve taken before. You will bring the lessons and self knowledge you gain in class with you wherever you bring your body– whether that is walking down the street, to other fitness classes, dancing, or doing the dishes.
This class is meant to build sequentially, but if you can’t join for the full eight sessions, you can sign up for a drop-in session. Sliding scale is available– reach out to me for details.
